My Virtual Little Helper Inc. is a Virtual Assistant firm based out of Southern California. We have associates throughout the United States and Canada.

Having serviced clients on an international level we have developed services and processes that have been proven to be cost effective and help companies grow, no matter what stage they may be in.

Because My Virtual Little Helper Inc. works as an outside contractor to assist our clients on an as needed basses they are free of many liabilities and additional costs that traditionally are associated with standard employees.

What We Do

A staffing solution

With My Virtual Little Helper you get much more than a warm body to "get the job done" but skilled professional(s) with a project manager to keep communication open and work flow accurate. We work very hard at being a solution rather than creating more work in management for our clients. 

We help companies grow

By working one on one with each of our clients we help them identify weaknesses and opportunities for outsourcing to free time for more important tasks. This not only helps our clients use our services to the fullest but also assists them in identifying areas where they personally may need growth. 

We do more than provide staff

We provide a valuable resource and a team that changes and grows with your company. Instead of just working for our clients we work with them. This allows for a collaborative relationship that still keeps the client in control. Also, since we do perform background checks and drug test for all new assocaites, our clients are insured a high quality of service in a virtual environment.

How We Do It

When you first join our company:

All of our clients meet with an assigned project manager to determine both individual need and to form a plan of action. This project manager remains with the client for the length of time we are doing service.

Setting Up a Client:

After the initial meeting(s) with a project manager our clients then receive an invite to our time tracking and project management software. These web based portals give our client’s access to the who what when and where. These portals allow our clients to assign team tasks, write messages, receive message, and share files seamlessly without all the mess of emails and phone calls back and forth. Of course, for some clients they just like to reach out the old fashioned way and talk to a person directly. We offer services in both forms.

After the invite has been received the project manager hand selects the team member(s) needed for the client and coaches them appropriately after giving them access to the clients file(s) and project online.

Long Term and No Cost Management:

Once a client’s project is actively running our Program Managers check in with our associates, reviews the documents, as well as reviews processes to make sure they are being taken care of in the most effective way possible. These management services are at no additional cost to our clients, as it is a built in feature. Our project Managers work actively to streamline communication and ensure quality work.
