How We Do ItWhen you first join our company:All of our clients meet with an assigned project manager to determine both individual need and to form a plan of action. This project manager remains with the client for the length of time we are doing service. Setting Up a Client:After the initial meeting(s) with a project manager our clients then receive an invite to our time tracking and project management software. These web based portals give our client’s access to the who what when and where. These portals allow our clients to assign team tasks, write messages, receive message, and share files seamlessly without all the mess of emails and phone calls back and forth. Of course, for some clients they just like to reach out the old fashioned way and talk to a person directly. We offer services in both forms.
After the invite has been received the project manager hand selects the team member(s) needed for the client and coaches them appropriately after giving them access to the clients file(s) and project online. Long Term and No Cost Management:Once a client’s project is actively running our Program Managers check in with our associates, reviews the documents, as well as reviews processes to make sure they are being taken care of in the most effective way possible. These management services are at no additional cost to our clients, as it is a built in feature. Our project Managers work actively to streamline communication and ensure quality work. |
